Business Models
Model 1 - Direct Sale
In this model, the customer places a pre-order for the desired units, defined according to the reference and purpose of the project. During this process, the customer may select alternative materials and additional equipment to be included.
Based on the choices made, a final quotation is prepared, which takes the form of a contract. After award, a deposit payment corresponding to 40% of the total amount is made.
The units are delivered upon simultaneous payment of the remaining 60% of the contracted amount.
Model 2 - Medium- or Long-Term Rental
In this model, the customer places a pre-order for the desired units, either already available or made to measure, defined according to the reference and purpose of the project. Depending on the specifications, and still during this process, the customer may select alternative materials and additional equipment to be included.
Based on the choices made, a final quotation is prepared, which takes the form of a contract. After award, a deposit payment corresponding to 40% of the total amount is made.
In this case, a payment plan is agreed for monthly or quarterly rental instalments, with or without an initial deposit, but always with insurance or a security deposit.
LAB + R&D&I Centre
iKOCOON operates a highly specialised R&D&I (Research, Development and Innovation) Centre, where applied research, engineering and innovation converge to create next-generation shelter solutions.
Within this centre, there is an area dedicated to the development of structures for the Military Defence sector, integrated into the European Union’s Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) 2028-2034, ensuring the highest technical and strategic standards and confidentiality.
